Seeker Jewellery gift vouchers can be redeemed against anything on the website, including bespoke and custom orders.
Gift vouchers are sent via email and include instructions for redeeming them at checkout. There are no additional processing costs for gift vouchers.
If you'd rather I send a physical gift card directly to the recipient, please just put their address for delivery - I can add a personalised message from you free of charge - just make a note in the 'message for recipient' box. I can also send the gift card directly to you and leave it blank so you can write your own message, if this is preferable.

If you're in the UK your order will be shipped with a trackable service from Royal Mail.
International customers can either choose to use Royal Mail or a courier delivery. Your email address and phone number will be shared with the courier company if you choose this option. International delivery times are as follows:
Courier - 5-7 working days guaranteed
Royal Mail - up to 2 weeks for most of the world, not guaranteed (however 90% of orders will arrive within this timeframe). if you're in Australia, it may take longer (sorry!).
If you're in a rush to receive your order, please select the courier option to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Returns
Returns are accepted on standard (non-customised) items, buyer to pay return postage, with a tracked and signed for service highly recommended.
Please contact Seeker Jewellery within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return anything. Your returned piece must be returned in an unused condition.
I'm afraid I cannot accept returns of any bespoke pieces, so please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Gold pieces are completely made to order and as such are classed as bespoke.
Customs Fees
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and charges.
Need your order by a certain date?
I generally allow 3-4 weeks to make each piece of jewellery but if you have a specific date you would like to receive by please let me know!
